Travel plan
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary. Changes may become necessary due to previously unknown circumstances or to improve the trip. In some cases it may be necessary to change accommodation.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice prior to reservation. We reserve the right to change prices in the event of circumstances not previously known (e.g. higher transport costs, etc.). You have the right to cancel a trip free of charge if there is a price change of more than 5%.
If cancellation is made 60 days before arrival, the customer will be reimbursed half of the deposit. If cancellation is made later than 60 days but earlier than 14 days before arrival, the customer loses the whole deposit. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, the customer pays the full price and no refund is possible.
All customers are responsible for their own insurance policies. We recommend that all of our guests take out travel insurance. Valid hunting insurance is required to participate in hunting activities. Nordic Footprints can help you take out hunting insurance.
All customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and visa if required by nationality. If a customer is unable to participate in the activities due to an invalid passport, visa or other such document, no money will be refunded. The customer must ensure that all travel documents are correctly written according to his passport and visa. Most countries do not require a visa for Sweden.
Cansellations by Nordic Footprints
We reserve the right to cancel a group trip if there are too few participants. Cancellation takes place at least 30 days before arrival. We also reserve the right to cancel a trip due to force majeure. In the event of cancellations on our part, the deposit will be refunded. However, we are not liable for expenses incurred by customers in preparation for the trip before our cancellation.
Force majeure
Nordic Footprints AB shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather, war or other similar circumstances. We will help find a solution but are not commercially responsible for flights, transportation or other changes.
